Belonging

Created with the intention of representing the future of Lethbridge and not the past, this mural depicts a mother and daughter as scientists floating through a landscape that is both familiar and unknown. The world is that of Lethbridge while still visually pulling inspiration from otherworldly aesthetics and motifs. The mural is intended to inspire viewers to think about the future while keeping one eye on the past, with subtle visual references hinting towards art nouveau.
